By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the assessment. These terms are in addition to the practice-wide policies published on our main website.

Completing the assessment and receiving a preliminary beauty plan does not create a provider–patient relationship and is not a consultation, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed provider.

Your plan is generated from the answers you select and is intended to be educational. It is reviewed and, where appropriate, revised by our clinical team. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you can only be determined after a proper evaluation, including your medical history.

Aesthetic treatments carry risks and outcomes differ from person to person. Any images shown on this site are of actual patients, used with their consent, and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve a similar result.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an assessment or book a consultation.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you, and that any photos you upload are of yourself and are yours to share.

Both the referring patient and the referred friend receive a $150 VIP Treatment Credit after the referred friend books and completes their first qualifying treatment of $650 or more.

The referred friend must be a new patient of the practice.

Credits are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. We may modify or end the referral program at any time.

By submitting the assessment you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your plan and consultation. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

All content on this site, including text, images, and the assessment experience, is owned by Invasion Aesthetics and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on the preliminary plan. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for professional care actually provided to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
