Invasion Aesthetics is a licensed medical aesthetics practice located at 5555 West Loop South, Suite 415, Bellaire, TX 77401. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this consultation site.

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the answers you select during the assessment (treatment interests, facial areas, treatment history, timeline, experience, and general location), how you heard about us, and any photos you choose to upload.

Information collected automatically: the marketing campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), the referring website domain, and basic technical data your browser sends. We use this only to understand which advertising brought you here.

To prepare your preliminary beauty plan, to contact you about your complimentary consultation, to schedule and follow up on appointments, to improve our services, and to measure the performance of our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or assessment answers with advertising platforms.

Photo upload is entirely optional. Photos are stored in secure, access-restricted storage and are viewable only by our clinical and patient-care team for the purpose of preparing your consultation. We will never publish, share, or use your photos in marketing without your separate written consent. You may ask us to delete them at any time.

We use a small number of vetted providers to operate this site: cloud hosting and database services to store your submission, an email delivery service to notify our team and to email you, and an online scheduling service to book your consultation. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We also use an AI service to help draft the preliminary educational content in your plan. Your name, email, phone number, and photos are not sent to that service.

We advertise on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. When you arrive from an ad, we record the campaign identifiers in the link so we know which campaign worked. We may also use advertising platform tools that report aggregate results. You can control ad personalization in your ad platform account settings.

We keep assessment submissions and consultation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations under Texas law. Optional photos are kept only as long as they are clinically useful, and are deleted on request.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. To do any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect messages about an appointment you have already scheduled.

Information is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

This site and our services are intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the date shown above when we do.
